PROSPEROUS CITY
“Cry yet, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; My cities through prosperity shall yet be spread abroad; and the LORD shall yet comfort Zion, and shall yet choose Jerusalem – Zechariah 1:17.” Prosperity is the song the world sings in this age. The countries round about us are flaunting their “what they call” riches. We have nations to which the title of “world power” is attributed. You know why? It is majorly because of economic factors. When you begin to rate the GDP, GNP and standard of living of these nations, one would begin to think them to be prosperous. Ha! Come let us look into their streets and see how prosperous they are. See how their young men and teens are being slain by drugs and other forms of hard and soft substances.
