ALL ALL NEEDS

ALL NEEDS MET

It's something to think about when considering needs and wants. In most cases, we are often lost in thought and carried far away. Nevertheless, we thank God for those needs we no longer have as Prayer points. This is majorly because some of our challenges years past rendered to God as Prayer points have been solved without recurrent surfacing or repetition. Let's thank God for all He's done...failure to do so means we are proud!

AND SHE CALLED THE NAME OF THE LORD THAT SPAKE UNTO HER, THOU GOD SEEST ME: FOR SHE SAID, HAVE I ALSO HERE LOOKED AFTER HIM THAT SEETH ME? - Genesis 16:13

Hmm! We have a lot to do. Bills to pay. Many things are going on in our head; school fees, house rent, feeding, business, marriage, career, health insurance, money in the bank etc. In life situation happens that lives the heart shattered, the soul, troubled and the body weakened. In one of these periods was a woman found,it sent away from her Mistress partly because not pride and in the other way round due to Providence. She had a need in the wilderness just as many of us are involved with the tussles. At that spot, God who sees all things attended to her and the case was addressed. When things get out of hand or control in such a way what is expected of us?

Basically, there are few philosophies around for a while now about life and history. CYCLIC: These people believe that history repeats itself. CONTINUOUS/EPIC: These people believe that in life, history doesn't repeat itself. It only moves forward but only has UPs and DOWNs. PROGRESSIVE/OPTIMISTIC: They believe that things are always getting better and so are the people, up and up and up and up. REGRESSIVE/PESSIMISTIC: That things and life in general is not getting any better and that it's only getting worse and worse, down and down and down and down. APOCALYPTIC: This belief is that, things would be worse and later they would be better and remain so. What should our view be? Are we to see things the way the world sees them?

BEHOLD, HE SMOTE THE ROCK, THAT THE WATERS GUSHED OUT, AND THE STREAMS OVERFLOWED; CAN HE GIVE BREAD ALSO? CAN HE PROVIDE FLESH FOR HIS PEOPLE? - Psalm 78:20.

The reason some of the views stated above are mentioned is just because of the verse referenced. When the children of Israel were in the wilderness just as many are in one away or the other in tribulation, trials, and some difficult situations questioning their faith and stand about the God in whom they have come to trust - The God who meets all needs and solves all issues. They doubted. Some questioned, other through unbelief and other acts of the flesh could not get the reward and promise.

Yes, we have been told it took them forty year to get to the Promised Land something that shouldn't have taken them up to forty days. We can say it was because of disobedience or unbelief but we must also know that it was for showing the people His wonders too. He met all their needs. This was to show us and to learn from what happened to them that, for forty years, He provided for them even when the neighbouring countries set battle in array against them, God delivered and saved them. Is this all history? Does it mean that it has nothing to do with our present day universe? The challenge we have is that, since we claim to be in Canaan we have forgotten the God who led us through the wilderness. We no longer live by faith but by strength. For how long?

THE SILVER IS MINE, AND THE GOLD IS MINE, SAITH THE LORD OF HOSTS - Haggai 2:8

Let us answer this question. It is a question we must come into terms with. Personally to you, is God a liar? Until you have a deep conviction to that question, nothing can satisfy you. When God says silver and gold belong to Him, is He joking or what? Never! When God says, I'll met all your needs, does it mean His word does not count anymore? Be it far from God! Why are we discouraged? This downcast mood, what is it with us? Oh, I have tried to please God and to live holy but it's as if nothing is gonna work... But don't forget God says, I'll give you a new heart and a new Spirit will I put within you. Does it make sense to you?

The Psalmist said, "whatever time I am afraid, I'll trust in Thee." Do you trust God? I know you said yes. That's good! But that's just in words alone. Do you really trust Him. If you trust Him, you would trust enough to give Him what you held most dearly to yourself. Can you? Don't let us limit God due to what we see as challenges before us. While the meat was in the mouth of the Israelites, they lusted. To what end? Destruction!

Today, do you believe your needs will be met and provided by God?

PROVISION GREETINGS TO YOU ALL
